Scope

  • Applies to all A.R.C sites, forums, Discords, social channels, and in-game services.
  • Covers posts, messages, media, mods, handles, bios, clan names, and any UGC shared via our services.
  • Also applies when referencing A.R.C staff, partners, and other community members.

Allowed / Encouraged

  • Constructive feedback, criticism, and bug reports.
  • Age-appropriate gameplay content, tutorials, fan art, and non-commercial streams.
  • Respectful discussion of design decisions, balance, and roadmap ideas.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted insults (including protected classes).
  • Threats, sexualized content involving minors, doxxing, non-consensual sharing of personal data.
  • Cheating, exploiting, distribution of hacks, or attempting to compromise accounts/servers.
  • Illegal content or solicitation; pirated keys/software; malware or phishing links.
  • Extremist propaganda, real-world violence incitement, or celebrating harm to others.
  • Impersonation of staff or deceptive claims of affiliation.

UGC & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your UGC. By posting, you grant A.R.C a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and redistribute your UGC in connection with our services.
  • You must have the rights to any content you upload (including music, fonts, and third-party assets).
  • Use of A.R.C trademarks and branding requires written permission, except for fair, non-confusing nominative use.

Streaming & Monetization

  • Non-commercial streaming/monetization via standard platform tools is allowed unless a specific NDA restricts it.
  • Closed tests and private builds may have embargoes or NDAs; follow the instructions provided for each test.
  • Do not share private links, invite codes, or internal materials unless expressly permitted.

Moderation & Enforcement

  • We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts/keys/roles for violations.
  • Severity, intent, and prior history influence enforcement. Evasion of moderation is itself a violation.
  • We may cooperate with platforms or authorities when legally required or to prevent harm.

Appeals

  • You may appeal moderation actions by contacting support@arcfoundation.net from the email tied to your account/handle.
  • Include timestamps, context, and any relevant links. We review good-faith appeals as resources allow.
  • Decisions on closed-test NDA breaches may be final.

Reporting

  • Report violations via in-platform tools or email support@arcfoundation.net with evidence (screenshots/IDs/links).
  • For urgent safety threats, contact local authorities first; then inform us.
