UGC & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your UGC. By posting, you grant A.R.C a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and redistribute your UGC in connection with our services.
- You must have the rights to any content you upload (including music, fonts, and third-party assets).
- Use of A.R.C trademarks and branding requires written permission, except for fair, non-confusing nominative use.
Streaming & Monetization
- Non-commercial streaming/monetization via standard platform tools is allowed unless a specific NDA restricts it.
- Closed tests and private builds may have embargoes or NDAs; follow the instructions provided for each test.
- Do not share private links, invite codes, or internal materials unless expressly permitted.
Moderation & Enforcement
- We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts/keys/roles for violations.
- Severity, intent, and prior history influence enforcement. Evasion of moderation is itself a violation.
- We may cooperate with platforms or authorities when legally required or to prevent harm.
Appeals
- You may appeal moderation actions by contacting support@arcfoundation.net from the email tied to your account/handle.
- Include timestamps, context, and any relevant links. We review good-faith appeals as resources allow.
- Decisions on closed-test NDA breaches may be final.
Reporting
- Report violations via in-platform tools or email support@arcfoundation.net with evidence (screenshots/IDs/links).
- For urgent safety threats, contact local authorities first; then inform us.
